Senior Ruby Developer

About project:

We are looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to help develop the platform and set of internal tools used in a recruitment agency.

Your Responsibilities

● Development of high-quality Ruby code for our platform

● Planning, designing, and implementing new features and improvements

● Collaborating with other developers to solve technical challenges

● Code reviews and quality assurance

● Optimizing performance and scalability of the application

Your Profile

● 5+ years of experience in Ruby development

● Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus

● Experience working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)

● Fluent English

● Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns

● Team player with good communication skills

● Willingness to work in an agile environment
