Senior Fullstack (Node.js/React) Developer

About the project

Join a team that's building the core digital infrastructure for a leading German health-tech platform. Our client pioneered the country's first digital sick note and has since become a trusted provider of digital care services.

Your Responsibilities

• Build service-oriented features, including prescriptions and profile access, while focusing on a clean, functional UI where clarity is key

• Contribute to both the backend and frontend, with a strong focus on backend logic, data modeling, and system behavior

• Work hand-in-hand to maintain a unified codebase and architecture

• Write clean, testable code that's easy to understand and maintain across our products

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in modern full-stack development

• Be proficient with TypeScript, Node.js, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and the latest AI tools

• Have solid experience with React, ideally with Remix and tRPC

• Experience with Zod, Drizzle ORM, or tools like Grafana, Firebase, or ArgoCD is a plus

• Be pragmatic, team-oriented, and motivated to improve healthcare through technology

• A vibe-coding mindset

• Fluent English
