Job description
We're looking for IT Project Manager. An ideal candidate should be assertive, intelligent and well organized.
About the position
At Ideamotive you'll stand at the first front of communication with our clients (mainly English speaking). You'll coordinate their project and organize developers work. You'll also be responsible for supporting and motivating the team.
Requirements
Must have:
- Excellent command of English at least C1 level
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Assertiveness, confidence, active listening ability
- Bright and precise thoughts expression (especially in English)
- Intelligence, ability to look from broader perspective
- Problem-solving attitude
- Experience in project management tools eg. JIRA, Trello
- Experience in IT project management
Good to have:
- Technical, economic or managerial studies graduate
