Senior Backend Developer (.NET) - (Ref. code: 5950/BD/ESS/POL)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services with a strong focus on system integration.

• Support and enhance the development process by writing unit tests and conducting code reviews.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and bugs.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams during the integration lifecycle.

• Contribute to maintaining high code quality and consistency through best practices and automation.

• Keep up with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in backend development.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development, ideally with C#/.NET.

• Skilled in identifying, debugging, and resolving integration and performance issues.

• Familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Previous experience in the financial or fintech industry.
