We are looking for software developer to work on on a product from software licensing space in IBM Software Laboratory in Kraków, Poland.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Our team, works on the software licensing solutions at IBM. In the rapidly growing world of public, private and hybrid clouds there is a strong need for tools allowing customers to measure license use, model different deployment strategies, verify compliance and consolidate on-prem and cloud data.

Our team, works on the software licensing solutions at IBM. In the rapidly growing world of public, private and hybrid clouds there is a strong need for tools allowing customers to measure license use, model different deployment strategies, verify compliance and consolidate on-prem and cloud data.
Our team works on solutions used by majority of IBM customers, which are running on most critical production systems around the world. We are fully owning development of the product, which bring benefits of driving the strategy and taking important decisions, but also responsibility of assuring excellent quality and acting on potential field issues.

We are looking for flexible software developers able to (or willing to learn to) contribute in full software stack from back-end to front-end.
You will work in a motivated, agile, responsible and experienced team.
Your work will include:
- Developing new features
- Working on integration with other products based on agreed interfaces
- Creating and contributing to continuous delivery development model
- Contributing to quality validation and release planning
- Owning selected product components and taking care of their evolution
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in developing software
- Java and JavaScript programming
- Ability to work in Windows and Linux operating systems and write basic shell/batch scripts
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Willingness to learn and use new technologies.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Programming in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Experience in working with relational databases (i.e. MS SQL, IBM Db2).
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks i.e. JQuery or React.
