About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Python Developer (Web Applications) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in web application development, a passion for clean code, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the Django framework, while ensuring seamless integration with backend services and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code, primarily using the Django framework.
3. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and team knowledge.
4. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
5. Stay current with the latest trends in Python and web development.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation for code and processes.
7. Support the integration of web applications with backend services and APIs.
8. Participate in automated testing and continuous integration processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, including onsite-offshore teams.
3. Strong experience in Python development, with in-depth knowledge of the Django framework. Ideally, 3 to 5 years of experience.
4. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating web applications with backend services.
5. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
6. Familiarity with web hosting, preferably in Azure or similar cloud environments.
7. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required for communication in our international work environment.

Nice to Have

1. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
2. Experience with system integration and relational databases (RDBMS), including planning, design, and scalability.
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
4. Understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, security groups, load balancers, and firewalls.
