Junior Data Scientist

Are you a recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field? Would you like to start your career in Data Science Consulting, working with global clients and combining business understanding with technology? We’re looking for ambitious, curious individuals ready to grow into data scientists supporting global supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Strong & confident communication skills in spoken and written English (you’ll work with international clients)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts

• Familiarity with SQL and Python (knowledge of pyspark is a plus)

• Curiosity about supply chain and operations data

• Organized, analytical, self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights

• Support the design and development of data & ML pipelines, explore and implement ML features of supply chain tools

• Work with cross-functional teams to support data science workstreams

• Contribute to building and maintaining supply chain forecasting and optimization models

• Participate in model evaluation and experiment tracking

• Work closely with senior data scientists and engineers to turn ideas into production-grade solutions

We do not expect you to already have a complete set of skills, we will guide you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement. Depending on your background, you’ll follow a customized onboarding plan and join live projects as soon as possible.  

Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week in our Warsaw office.

Nice to have

• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib)

• Experience with cloud data tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or BigQuery)

• Knowledge of version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps)

• Understanding of basic statistical methods and data storytelling

• Interest in process automation or predictive modeling
