IBP Consultant (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Hylogic is at the heart of redefining the SCM landscape for the Fortune 500 'giants', with a primary focus on the FMCG industry. We are a fast-growing IT consulting company specializing in supply chain planning transformation and advanced planning solutions.

We are currently looking for an experienced IBP Consultant with strong expertise in Finance domain to support design and implementation of Integrated Business Planning Processes & Solutions with clear focus on Financial Planning, Forecasting and Analysis. You would join our cross-functional team and contribute to projects that entirely redefine how a large NA company runs its business. Role assumes balance of strong business process thought leadership, deep financial acumen as well as technical delivery excellence.

Your Role
As an IBP Consultant (Financial Planning & Analysis), you will be responsible for:

• Mapping, designing and optimizing Integrated Business Planning Work Processes across Demand, Supply, Commercial and Finance functions, with most focus on Finance.

• Partnering with stakeholders to integrate Finance Planning & Forecasting Processes with Integrated Business Planning.

• Identifying and deeply understanding business needs of clients to shape and suggest best-fit process-technological path.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by providing thought leadership on IBP best practices.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate IBP into the broader business and digital ecosystem.

• Leading and supporting functional implementations of IBP solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in business (Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial or Finance) or in consulting/advisory roles.

• 3+ years of hands-on IBP experience (business or consulting), preferably as a practitioner in a mature corporation.

• Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Forecasting.

• Strong understanding of IBP concepts, processes, and leading practices.

• Solid financial acumen.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with IBP tools (o9, Kinaxis, or similar) will be considered a strong advantage.

• Consulting mindset.

• Ability to work in remote teams, cooperate with customer stakeholders at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

• This position involves travel according to project demands.
