Business Consultant - Supply Chain

We are a fast-growing IT consulting company specializing in supply chain planning transformation and advanced planning solutions.Who are we looking forWe are currently looking for a Business Consultant – Supply Chain Management with 3–4 years of consulting experience to support the design and implementation of modern supply chain planning processes and solutions. You will work closely with senior consultants and project leaders on client engagements that transform how global organizations plan, execute, and optimize their supply chains.Your RoleAs a Business Consultant – Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the mapping, design, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP / IBP, and S&OE.

• Conducting current-state assessments, data analysis, and process diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Translating business requirements into process flows, functional specifications, and solution concepts.

• Supporting supply chain planning tool implementations (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder) under guidance of senior team members.

• Preparing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, analyses, and workshop materials.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (planning, analytics, IT, data engineering) to support integrated solutions.

• Participating in client workshops, interviews, and working sessions.

• Contributing to internal knowledge assets, templates, and accelerators within HyLogic

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally within management or supply chain consulting, with prior experience of working with clients within CPG and life science industry.

• Foundational experience in one or more supply chain planning areas:- Demand Planning- Supply / Production Planning- Inventory Management- S&OP / IBP

• Exposure to supply chain transformation or system implementation projects.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools is a plus).

• Structured problem-solving mindset and ability to work with ambiguous problem statements.

• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to interact with client stakeholders.

• Interest in building deep expertise in supply chain planning and advanced planning solutions.

• Experience or exposure to planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or similar is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in remote and international teams.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel based on project needs.
