Job description
Joining Hycom as a Scrum Master you will have a real impact on Agile practices across the company by discovering the areas for improvements and by owning the change. You will also cooperate with experienced and highly qualified specialists from different areas of expertise, working together towards building outstanding digital solutions.
We recruit fully remotely in max. three stages:
- At the beginning, we will invite you to an online meeting with Piotr and Agnieszka,
- The final step is an open discussion with one of our team's expert about challenges and opportunities for a Scrum Master role.
Your tasks & duties
- working directly with our clients and project teams, fostering good change in delivery, communication, and teamwork,
- educating teams about Agile practices and guide them in achieving an Agile maturity,
- supporting teams and organizations by removing impediments and taking initiative in continuous improvement,
- propagating best agile practices from technical areas: DevOps, CI/CD, agile testing,
- collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Agile Project Managers within Hycom’s Agile Community,
Main requirements
- have at least 2 years’ experience in an Agile development environment
- have a hands-on experience with Kanban, Scrum
- can break complex concepts into smaller bits and tasks;
- are a team player, experienced in giving useful feedback and growing others;
- have excellent communication skills in German also in English
- know how to work with Jira/Confluence.
