In this role you will
- coding to deliver new features and support existing ones,
- estimating the time required for tasks assigned and completing them in the timeframe given,
- effectiveness in realizing assigned tasks, individually or in cooperation with other team members
- proactive approach to issues, engaging in finding solutions with whole team
- supporting Scrum Master and Product Owner in conceptual works on features
- ability to work work on technical debt, propose solutions to control and reduce it
- actively work toward improving systems architecture
- mentoring for less experienced colleagues
- helping improve software development processes
Most wanted
- 5 years (or more) of professional experience in C++ programming (including STL),
- 2 years as Senior Developer or Technical Leader
- the ability to adapt to working with an existing code base,
- knowledge of version control systems (GIT) and best practices around it
Surprise us with
- experience in Lua programming or readiness to learn the LUA scripting language,
- creative thinking in problem-solving,
- experience as Team Leader or Principal Developer
- experience in programming for mobile platforms – iOS and Android,
