About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Agent Engineer to lead the development of an AI-powered agent for building integrations on top of a modern integration platform.This is a high-impact role that combines hands-on development, architecture, and product ownership. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, shape the technical direction, and ensure the delivery of a robust and scalable product.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Shape, plan, and execute projects that improve the AI agent✅ Design elegant, practical architecture aligned with the broader product✅ Build AI agents from scratch, leveraging foundational models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)✅ Work with internal (and occasionally external) stakeholders to guide direction✅ Ensure quality across your area: documentation, testing, technical debt management

Requirements

• Practical experience building specialized AI agents from scratch

• Strong understanding of LLMs and their application in production

• Solid knowledge of software APIs and integration ecosystems

• Experience in system/solution architecture

• Strong ownership, autonomy, and ability to work in high-velocity environments

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with integration platforms

• Contributions to open-source AI frameworks

• Previous experience in startup or remote-first teams
