About the Role

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our partner in developing a Global Analytics Unit—a centralized, global team dedicated to strengthening data-driven decision-making and developing smart data products for day-to-day operations.

Our team thrives on innovation, fostering a data-first approach across all business areas, from sales and logistics to marketing and procurement. As we scale our analytics solutions globally, we seek an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead complex analytical projects that directly impact business strategy.

The Global Analytics Team

Our team consists of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Specialists, and Analytics Translators across three continents and five countries. We emphasize collaboration, innovation, and reliability, working together to transform our organization into a leader in data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our data analytics strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Data Analysis – Leading advanced analytical projects to uncover insights that drive business decisions.
• Leadership in Analytics – Mentoring junior analysts and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Data Visualization & Reporting – Designing and overseeing the development of advanced dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Innovative Problem-Solving – Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business challenges using data-driven strategies.
• Process Optimization – Enhancing analytical methodologies and improving data infrastructure to ensure best practices in data analysis.

What We Expect from You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of leading analytical projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (must-have) and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• At least basic knowledge of Grafana.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executives.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to share insights and learn from a global team.
• A pragmatic and results-driven approach, focused on delivering impactful outcomes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken), as you will communicate in English almost exclusively.
