Senior Business Analyst

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our partner in developing a Global Analytics unit—a global, centralized team dedicated to strengthening data-driven decision-making and creating smart data products for day-to-day operations.

About the Team

The Global Analytics team is an innovative, diverse collective of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Business Intelligence Specialists, Software Developers, UX Designers, and many more, with a presence across three continents and five countries. The team fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and ensures reliability, transforming the entire organization into a leader in data-driven decision-making.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. You will work with business leaders and BI consumers to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of BI products that provide meaningful insights. Your role will involve contributing to the development of a strong Business Intelligence function within the Global Analytics unit.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development of BI products using state-of-the-art BI solutions to address business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and explain technical solutions in non-technical terms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve products, processes, and services based on data insights.
• Analyze data to create Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Utilize knowledge of available data, forecasting methods, and visualization techniques to enhance BI solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, datasets, and BI deliverables.
• Act as a role model for business users to increase adoption of data-driven decision-making.
• Manage stakeholders efficiently and drive change management efforts.

• Fluent English (written and spoken), as communication will be in English most of the time.

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical users.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to push boundaries.
• Experience with Power BI, Grafana, or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and analytics platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing BI processes.
• Familiarity with Jira (task tracking, agile workflows) and Confluence (documentation, collaboration).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for analytics purposes.
