About us:
At HTD, we don’t just build one product. We create custom medical solutions for clients in the US. We work in cross-functional, international teams where technology meets empathy and real-world impact on patient health.
Why is this ad different?
Currently, our teams are full, but the HealthTech industry moves fast. We know that exciting new projects can appear overnight. We want to get to know you now, verify your skills, and invite you to our exclusive HTD Verified Talents group.
Our goal is to have a pool of pre-vetted experts ready to hit the ground running. By applying now, you ensure that you are already "ready to hire" the moment a new recruitment need arises, without the stress of a last-minute process.
What’s in it for you?
- First Priority: When a project launches, we don’t post an ad—we call you first.
- Streamlined Process: You pass the technical interview once. When a project arrives, we only discuss the specific details.
- Flexibility: Options for both permanent long-term roles and fixed-term project contracts.
How does the verification process look?
We take our Talent Pool seriously. Selected candidates will be invited to go through our full recruitment process now, so that when the right project comes along, the formalities are already behind us. The process consists of:
- HR Interview: A quick sync to talk about your experience and expectations.
- English Verification: A brief check to ensure you're comfortable working in an international environment.
- Technical Interview: A deep dive into your skills with one of our experts.
Once you pass these stages, you become a Verified HTD Talent. This means you are our first point of contact for upcoming opportunities, and we won't put you through the whole recruitment cycle again.
Ready to be first in line? Apply now and let’s get verified!
