Principal Software Architect

Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, and ambitious Software Architect to join our HTD Health growing team! If you want to feel that your work is making an impact on the development of the health segment, keep reading!

What we need from you:

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in.NET
• Knowledge of other frontend and backend programming languages

• Knowledge of at least one of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform

• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, etc.

• Experience with tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

• Development and management of API Design (e.g.RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL). Knowledge of communication and integration protocols like HTTP, gRPC, WebSockets. Overall being aware of the various approaches and patterns to choose from and choosing the best one depending on the project context.

• Adhering to regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS to ensure robust data security and privacy.

• Expert knowledge of Git: Working with branches, pull requests, and managing code conflicts in extended projects.

• Creating automated tests using tools like JUnit, NUnit, pytest, Selenium or others

• Expert knowledge/Experience of SQL and database systems: Such as PostgreSQL, MySQL.

• Expert knowledge/Experience with NoSQL systems: Such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB or Spanner. Being an expert in at least one of the following - SQL/NoSQL
• Communicative level of English (C1) – both spoken and written

We need you to be open to continuous delivery and development in:

• Delivering readable, maintainable software covered with automated tests

• Close cooperation with client (and their dev team) and strong impact on the developed product

• Working in an international environment and using English to communicate

• Being open to sharing your knowledge and taking part in company initiatives eg. team talks, workation, hackathons, internal events

• Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards

• Acting in anticipation by identifying risks and solutions on a regular basis

What you can expect from us:

• Salary depending on your skills and experience:
  - PLN 26 000 – 30 000 + VAT on a B2B contract
  - PLN 22 000 – 25 000 gross on employment contract
