Your career opportunity
This role is for a technical product manager/technical lead within Fraud IT lead. The role will focus on specifically on fraud transaction monitoring and the future state architecture running on GCP
What you’ll do
Work with Product Owners and DevOps teams to be responsible for the delivery, on-going success & continuous improvement of a set of products or business services, or shared products / platforms / environments that are used/consumed by other DevOps Teams.
Work with engineering leads and teams to ensure that product requirements are understood, technology product roadmap is well balanced to deliver good products without technical debt.
Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, product owners and other teams to shape technical requirements and roadmap that will enable new features or refine the existing ones.
Be able to demonstrate you can lead, motivate, mentor and coach the teams. Consider how software fits into the broader picture and collaborate effectively with others
What you need to have to succeed in this role
Excellent knowledge of software design patterns and software architecture principles
Excellent knowledge of GCP and how to implement highly performant real-time solutions on cloud
Knowledge of agile project management framework with cross functional teams, using Jira and Confluence and DevOps
Experience in providing thought leadership, and driving a complex change agenda, and an ability to challenge the “status quo”
Experience in at least one or more of the following GCP products - GCE, GKE, Dataproc, Cloud SQL, BigQuery
Nice to have: experience with any of the following Open Source Software – Cassandra, Keycloak, RabbitMQ
