Your responsibilities

• Our Engineering team is leading the bank’s digital transformation, ensuring that our global operations run on secure, efficient, and cutting-edge technology. By maintaining and optimising our technological infrastructure, the team helps drive HSBC’s continued innovation, enhancing both our internal systems and the services we provide to millions of customers worldwide.

• Our Data team plays a pivotal role in helping us unlock the full potential of our data. By transforming vast amounts of information into meaningful insights, the team enables us to better understand our customers, so we can design innovative digital banking services tailored to their needs. This data-driven approach ensures that HSBC remains at the forefront of modern banking.

Our requirements

• A penultimate-year student from any academic background, passionate about a career in technology, proficient in English and legally permitted to work in Poland.

• Intellectually curious, constantly looking for new ways to hone your skills.

• Eager to contribute and take responsibility for your work and outcomes.

• A natural collaborator, who’s always happy to speak up, enjoys building relationships and sharing ideas.

• Communicative and resilient, taking changes in your stride and quickly adapting to new situations.

• A problem-solver, who likes to think innovatively and loves getting stuck into a challenge.
