Your career opportunity

The role will be key for onboarding and supporting SaaS platforms, and their integration with HSBC systems. You will be working with stakeholders across the organisation, working closely with development and product teams to deliver effective solutions to end users while ensuring compliance with internal IT due diligence processes.

What you’ll do

⦁ Coordinate POCs and integration projects.

⦁ Drive and document business analysis. 

⦁ Drive digital adoption and user engagement in assigned platforms.

⦁ Liaise between vendors and various HSBC project teams.

⦁ Support Product Owner and IT Service Owner.

⦁ Assist in resolving production issues.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

⦁ 5+ years of professional experience in similar role.

⦁ Engineering background.

⦁ Strong analytical mindset with attention to details.

⦁ Ability to prioritise carefully, working across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines.

⦁ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.

⦁ Self-motivation and excellent organisational skills.

⦁ Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems.

Nice to have:

⦁ Familiarity with tools to improve digital adoption of IT platforms e.g. Pendo.
