What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain custom DevOps tooling for mobile engineering teams.
• Monitor, maintain, and extend our in-house Mobile CI pipeline (Jenkins) and related services, especially for Android-specific part of infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues to ensure reliability.
• Develop automated solutions in Python (or other preferred language) to replace manual processes.
• Define and implement dashboards and monitoring for production services.
• Support development teams with tooling, automation, and incident management.
• Collaborate across teams to identify and solve common challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and engineering practices.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
• Nice to have: deep understanding of Android app build process, knowledge of Gradle and aOS build optimization, understanding of app modularisation patterns and modern app architectures, familiarity with analytics and crash reporting tools, expertise in Kotlin and Android SDK
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Nice to have: Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Splunk, AppDynamics). Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
• Strong troubleshooting, performance testing, and teamwork skills.
• At least 3 years in similar devops position, 5 years in engineering positions overall
