We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Cloud Resilience and Transformation Analyst.


What you’ll do


  • Support the development and implementation of the cloud operational resilience strategy and framework.

  • Support the delivery of resilience assurance activities such as reviewing cloud service technology contingencies, exit plans etc.

  • Support tooling enhancements needed to incorporate evolving requirements for technology resilience and business continuity

  • Support the transformation impacts as an output of regulatory requirements such as DORA, PRA guidelines.

  • Support technology operational resilience exercises and simulation events.

  • Assist CTO Cloud Services to drive the development and implementation of resilience enhancements, achieving streamlined cloud governance across direct cloud, SaaS and third party. 

  • Orchestrating end-to-end study on existing technology governance models and process map with product offering with varying levels of complexity and maturity to help assess and communicate to management on how different scenarios impact existing state of governance.

  • Provide internal consultancy capability to identify opportunities in transformation and processes streamlining to support business growth, enhance customer experience, improve resilience

What you need to have to succeed in this role


  • 5+ years of experience and minimum of bachelor’s level education 

  • Experience in operational and technology resilience, technology risk and IT service continuity planning 

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud deployment models.

  • Any prior experience of working directly or indirectly with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP is an added advantage

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (such as DORA)

  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity/ JIRA/ Confluence

  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and diverse teams
