The Head of Hybrid Integration Platform Transformation and Portfolio is part of CTO Enterprise Infrastructure and is a key part of the Hybrid Integration Platform Exco.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for maintaining a clear visibility and understanding of the latest Hybrid Integration Platform programmes of work and initiatives, and the products maintained by the team; ensuring standards are followed across all GBGFs globally; getting initiatives prioritised and delivered by product teams and establishing and maintaining resources within the team in the right locations.
What you’ll do
• Develop coherent vision of the future state of IT and the business case for transforming EI Hybrid Integration Platform team aligning CTO strategy on DevOps, Cloud, Cyber Security, Big Tech
• Build the yearly Transformation programme by delivering capability efficiencies on existing services, capability uplift for core services and new capabilities.
• Coordinate Hybrid Integration Platform SSP ever greening projects and track project progress. • Govern the Budget and Deliverables and ensure all the projects under SSP program owned by EI Hybrid Integration Platform are on track and any blockers/risks are addressed.
• Ensure good governance on the transformation programme and drive continuous portfolio optimization as measured by progress, impact and benefits realised.
• Liaise and manage with EI Transformation and all stakeholders on the portfolio planning and joint priorities on the transformation opportunities.
• Develop workforce capability and organization location strategy.
• Provide consistently accurate and timely reporting on the transformation programme to executives.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Experience of managing or leading transformational programmes of work
• Experience of financial portfolio management (budgeting, forecasting, raising business cases etc)
• Experience and working knowledge on agile methodology.
• Experience working across cultures and coordinating a globally dispersed team.
• Effective communication, problem solving skills, strategic and pragmatic approach to develop solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment.
• Excellent People Leadership, Articulation, Networking and Influencing, and Strategic Planning and Execution.
• Competent skills and knowledge on any Internal cloud, Kubernetes, Middleware with relevant experiences.
