Our CTO team is currently looking for a skilled individual to act as the Agile Lead. The role will be responsible for managing multiple services through the entire lifecycle. The Agile Lead will also communicate with IT senior management and other stakeholders to ensure a stable and smooth operation of our products and their delivery. We have an enthusiastic team working under Agile and DevOps principles, which offers interesting job with modern technology.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage multiple large, highly visible, enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple cross functional teams using lean/agile methodology in a fast-paced environment that crosses multiple business divisions and requires coordination within a large and complex dependency network  
• Play a leadership role to help establish the appropriate people, process, and tools across teams distributed around the globe 
• Coach and support teams as needed to optimise flow 
• Work closely to support the Agile Project Managers, project managers, and market delivery leads with their team’s development while removing blockers and impediment to accelerate E2E delivery; leveraging organisational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
• Champion agile and lean principles to reduce lead time of delivering product to markets while creating a culture of continuous improvement 
• Manage stakeholder’s expectations and working relationship with the teams with focus on transparency and collaboration 
• Support the teams in driving transformation initiates within global CTO organization 

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• 3+ years’ experience in one of the following:  Agile Lead, Scrum Master or IT Team Leader 
• Flexible, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in the face of adversity.
• Knowledge of all components of an enterprise IT architecture and processes.
• MSSQL server and .NET framework knowledge, ITIL, JIRA, Azure DevOps 
• 3+ years’ practical experience with Scrum and DevOps principles
• Working as a Scrum master is an advantage
• Practical experience with automated testing, TDD, BDD
• Knowledge of Micro services architecture and Rest API concept
