🚀 We are looking for Senior Frontend Engineers to join our client's engineering team, where you will be involved in designing and implementing the user interface for the AI-driven agentic workflows within the hospital setting. You will build web or desktop dashboards that allow clinicians and administrators to initiate LLM workflows (e.g., generate discharge summaries, triage recommendations), view results, and monitor task progress.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create responsive interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js to interact with AI/LLM services and display patient-specific outputs.
2. Develop dashboards that list active agentic tasks (e.g., pending summary generation), allow file uploads (e.g., patient admission notes), and present status updates.
3. Present AI-generated insights (e.g., risk scores, recommended care plans) via charts, tables, and interactive components that highlight critical information.
4. Consume secure APIs from back-end engineers to fetch patient data, trigger LLM workflows, and display results in near real-time.
5. Work with the Designer to translate Figma mockups into pixelperfect code, ensuring a user-friendly experience for clinicians with minimal training.
6. Optimize rendering performance for large data sets (e.g., patient cohorts) and ensure the UI remains responsive under load.
7. Ensure the interface meets WCAG 2.1 standards and protects PHI displayed on-screen.
8. Write unit and integration tests (Jest, Cypress) to maintain code quality throughout the sprint.

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

1. 6+ years of previous commercial experience as Frontend Engineer, preferably with prior experience working on projects in healthcare
2. Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
3. Familiarity with typical clinical workflows and needs, such as quick access to patient summaries and alerts.
4. Experience using libraries like D3.js or Chart.js to visualize healthcare metrics.
5. Proficiency with Redux, Vuex, or similar for managing application state.
6. Security Awareness: Understanding of how to prevent data leaks and protect PHI in the UI. - Collaboration: Ability to work closely with back-end engineers and designers, using Git and agile workflows.

🙌 Nice to have:

1. Prior work building clinician-facing dashboards or EHR-integrated UI components.
2. Familiarity with component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or similar.
3. Experience writing automated UI tests and performing accessibility audits.
