Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

We offer a choice of employment form on both B2B and Employment Contract 

• B2B: 160 – 180 PLN net/hour + VAT
• UoP: 20 900 – 22 818 PLN gross/month

🚀 We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client's team, a Swedish-based client, a multinational clothing company focused on fast-fashion clothing.

 In this role you will:

• Build and maintain cloud environments (GCP preferred) using tools like Terraform, ensuring cost efficiency and scalability.
• Automate deployment processes with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, integrating infrastructure automation and testing best practices.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable Python code and contribute to scalable platform solutions, optionally using Go or Rust.
• Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes to scale ML workflows.
• Build and maintain platforms with tools like MLflow or Kubeflow, focusing on model versioning, monitoring, and A/B testing strategies.
• Apply cloud and ML security best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business goals

✅ You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

• 5+ years of Cloud & DevOps/MLOps experience, or similar role with a focus on scalable systems, automation and cloud infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (at least one of GCP, Azure, AWS, in order of preference)
• Strong engineering mindset of building scalable and high-quality software products, following best practices like code structure, design patterns, testing etc.
• Expert in Python, so you can refactor and optimize other people’s code. Also, advanced knowledge of at least one type-safe programming language (bonus points for Go, and/or Rust)
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• You passionately test your code and prefer to follow test-driven development
• You have hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD & infrastructure automation using tools and frameworks like GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI, Terraform, Docker

🙌 Nice to have:

• Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud and ML environments
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (k8s) frameworks for scaling ML workflows
• Experience with any of deep learning, graph NNs, LLMs, knowledge graphs, RAGsProven expertise building and maintaining platforms for ML applications
• Experience with ML orchestration tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Apache Airflow
• Familiarity with model versioning, A/B testing, and model monitoring strategies
