We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to further strengthen our client's team. Our client is a global retailer of furniture and home goods. In this role, you will build dashboards and provide insights that help the business meet legal accessibility compliance requirements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI on top of data hosted in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

In this role you will:

• Design and build Power BI dashboards with data from GCP.

• Ensure dashboards meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance obligations (EAA).

• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.

• Support stakeholders with accessibility compliance data and insights.

• Perform BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for dashboards and reports.

• Manage row-level security (RLS) for access control in Power BI.

• Work in an Agile product team using Jira and collaborative ways of working.

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies: 

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in similar role

• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility principles and how they impact data visualization and reporting.

• Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., European Accessibility Act).

• Advanced expertise in Power BI (dashboard design, self-service, row-level security).

• Moderate SQL skills for querying and validating data.

• Experience in Agile Ways of Working (WoW), including Jira.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with NGCT and data products on GCP.

• Basic knowledge of Python and Data Science concepts.

• Experience with DevOps practices (GitHub, automated deployments).

• Experience setting up Power BI self-service environments.
