🌍 We are looking for Business Analyst to join the team of our client, a Swedish company that manufactures outdoor power products, such as robotic lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and others. 

💻This is what you will be in charge of on daily basis: 

• Collaborate with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to scope and deliver data and AI tools and solutions 
• Serve as the voice of the customer in defining and delivering innovative digital solutions. 
• Work globally across multiple business units and functions to understand user personas, pain points, and journeys and create user flow diagrams to support business case development. 
• Support the prioritization of product features for future releases for one or more delivery teams. 
• Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends. 
• Assist in developing and documenting feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps aligned with the overarching product vision. 
• Collect and synthesize product feedback from stakeholders at all levels. 
• Champion the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable, and feasible. 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions. 
• Lead the development of significant portions of business cases, operating plans, and new business proposals. 
• Develop materials to communicate progress to partners and clients. 
• Influence others to champion product adoption and evolution through direct interaction with key business sponsors and organizational leaders. 

🦾You might be the perfect match, if you have/are: 

• 5+ years of experience in similar role 
• Extensive experience in delivering data and AI tools and solutions 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. 
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments. 
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. 
• High level of initiative and self-motivation. 
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding, and service-oriented environment. 
• Ability to support a few projects simultaneously with the same diligent attention to detail. 
• Strong team player. 
• Excellent English (B2+/C1)
