We offer a choice of employment form on both B2B and Employment Contract 

• B2B: 170 – 210 PLN net/hour + VAT
• UoP: 21 550 – 26 600 PLN gross/month

We are seeking a Power BI Lead to oversee our client's Power BI tabular model. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to understand the client's challenges and goals while also performing the necessary technical work. The model is complex, so prior experience working with financial data is highly desirable. This is a critical role requiring someone confident in discussing and making decisions.

Key challenges include scalability, security, and performance. The model, currently under development, is intended for use by thousands of users, supporting both consumption and self-service capabilities.

We are looking for someone who can start by mid-January. A short notice period would be highly beneficial for this role.

Requirements for this role includes extensive prior experience with the following tools:

• PowerBI
• Calculation Groups
• Time intelligence
• Performance Optimization techniques (refresh time, report speed)
• Deep understanding of DAX fundamental concepts such as row and filter context, context transition
• Dimensional modelling techniques such as type1 and type2 dimensions
• Dynamic row level security
• Experienced in working with models that have a large user group (thousands of users) 
• Databricks
• Azure
• Python
• Understanding of where and when to build new functions either in Databricks or PBI
• Modelling expert in tabular
