🚀 We are looking for a Data Engineer to work on a project in a team of our client, a Swedish-based leading provider of transport solutions. 

As a Data Engineer, you will:

·         Be the technical owner of our core data platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and scalability.

·         You will design, build, and maintain secure cloud data infrastructure (AWS, AliYun), including integrations from diverse internal and external sources and key components such as Snowflake.

·         You will implement data security, governance, and fine-grained access controls, using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) to manage resources consistently.

·         You will monitor platform health (SLOs/SLIs), optimize cost and performance, troubleshoot data pipeline issues, and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for the platform.

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

·         4+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role with a proven track record of building and maintaining data platforms

·         Expert-level, hands-on experience with one major cloud provider (AWS, AliYun, etc.) and its data services.

·         Professional experience with Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation for provisioning and managing data infrastructure.

·         Deep knowledge of and administration experience with a modern cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks)

·         Proven experience implementing security best practices in a data environment (e.g., IAM roles, encryption, VPCs, private endpoints)

·         Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL

·         Excellent English communication skills

·         Location in Poland or EU
