We offer a B2B Contract 

• B2B:  180 - 200 PLN net/hour + VAT

We are growing our team and looking for a Hands-on Data Architect to join Holisticon Insight. You will work across a variety of client engagements, designing modern data platforms while staying close to the implementation – from architecture decisions and data modeling, to building and optimizing pipelines when the project calls for it.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the full spectrum of data architecture work: shaping the big picture, but also rolling up their sleeves to prototype, implement, and guide the team through delivery. You'll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, helping clients build scalable, reliable, and business-ready data solutions on modern cloud stacks.

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark / PySpark.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and its ecosystem (OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, Power BI integration).

• Strong understanding of Azure data services and modern cloud data architectures.

• Proven experience designing end-to-end data platforms – ingestion, storage, transformation, and serving layers.

• Hands-on coding skills – able to implement and optimize pipelines, not just design them on paper.

• Background in IT consulting or working across multiple client environments and use cases.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Location in Poland or another EU country.

Nice to have:

• Experience with dbt for transformations and analytics engineering.

• Background in platform engineering practices (CI/CD, IaC, Azure DevOps, observability for data platforms).

• Experience with data governance, data quality, and enterprise data standard
