We offer a choice of employment form on both B2B and Employment Contract 

• B2B: 175 – 220 PLN net/hour + VAT
• UoP: 22 180 – 27 800 PLN gross/month

We are seeking an experienced BI Solution Architect to work on the development of our client's BI Service. This role is critical in designing, managing, and optimizing the platforms and tools used for BI report development and maintenance. You will drive the migration from legacy tools such as QlikView and Pyramid to Power BI and ensure that the BI platforms meet the company’s performance, scalability, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Oversee the provisioning and management of BI platforms and tools.
• Define best practices for report development, access management, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
• Implement monitoring and quality assurance frameworks for BI platforms.
• Migration Leadership:
• Lead the transition from legacy tools to Power BI, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to align BI platforms with business needs.
• Provide technical guidance to support the development of BI services.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience with Power BI and BI platform management.
• Familiarity with legacy BI tools such as QlikView and Pyramid.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and integration.
• Understanding of cloud-native solutions, preferably on Azure (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake).
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to optimize platform performance, manage resources effectively, and resolve technical challenges.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience:
• 5+ years in BI solution architecture, with a proven track record in designing scalable and robust BI platforms.

Work Setup:

• Based in Krakow, with 2-3 days per week required in the office.
• Remote work flexibility for remaining days.
