Currently, we are looking for a AI Solutions Engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for emerging AI technologies to join our growing AI team. This role suits a high-potential engineer eager to apply modern machine-learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) techniques—Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI/GPT APIs, Google Gemini, and cloud-native ML tooling—to real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Development: Translate business requirements into comprehensive AI-driven solutions, integrating software applications, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

• LLM-Based Application Development: Design and implement applications leveraging advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on use-cases like conversational AI, semantic search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems.

• Proof-of-Concept Creation: Develop clear, demonstrative AI prototypes and collaborate with engineering teams to transition successful prototypes into production environments.

• Data Pipelines & Model Alignment: Create scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing and ingestion. Optimize model performance through methods including fine-tuning and alignment strategies tailored to specific use cases.

• Tooling & Platforms: Utilize modern AI/ML tools and frameworks, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB). Deploy solutions on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain quality code and thorough documentation while collaborating in an Agile environment using Git, Jira, and relevant MLOps tools.

• Continuous Learning: Remain informed on AI advancements and proactively share insights to support team expertise and innovation.

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or a related technical field.

• Internship/project experience in data science, AI, or ML with academic or open-source portfolios.

• Proficient in Python, and experience using Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, and data visualization libraries.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).

• Exposure to OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or Google Vertex AI is highly desirable.

• Understanding of key AI/ML concepts such as supervised learning, embeddings, fine-tuning, model evaluation metrics, and prompt engineering.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embedding models, or semantic search pipelines.

• Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLMOps, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures

• Exposure to model monitoring, data drift detection, or CI/CD in ML pipelines.

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and Python back-end frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).

• Knowledge of responsible AI principles including fairness, interpretability, and data privacy.
