Currently, we are looking for a AI Solutions Engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for emerging AI technologies to join our growing AI team. This role suits a high-potential engineer eager to apply modern machine-learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) techniques to real-world business challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing AI-powered interaction over a semantic data layer

• Building and configuring Microsoft Copilot Agents integrated with Teams

• Working closely with Data Engineers on business metrics and semantic modeling

• Translating business questions into structured data queries

• Designing prompts, guardrails, and evaluation strategies for enterprise AI

• Identifying platform limitations and proposing smarter architectural solutions

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or a related technical field.

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4/4o, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

• Experience building AI agents or Copilot-style conversational systems

• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, grounding

• Experience integrating AI with Microsoft Copilot and/or Microsoft Teams

• Solid understanding of semantic layers, analytical data models, and governed datasets

• Experience working with Snowflake (nice to have: Semantic Views, Cortex)

• Ability to design guardrails, evaluation strategies, and hallucination mitigation approaches

• Experience collaborating closely with Data Engineers and Analytics teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Snowflake (Semantic Views, Cortex)

• Knowledge of modern analytics architectures (data mesh, data products)

• Experience building AI-enabled analytics platforms
