Help us build next-generation voice systems used by millions of households across the globe. We're on the lookout for experienced Voice Software Engineers to join our Voice Team working on carrier-grade VoIP solutions for Residential Gateways. If you're passionate about embedded development, Asterisk, and real-time voice performance — we want to hear from you. 🛠️ What you’ll do:

• Design and develop advanced voice features on top of an embedded Asterisk platform.;

• Integration and optimization of FXS and DECT voice interfaces;

• Low-level development interfacing with SoC DSPs and DSPG chipsets;

• Tweak and tune performance: echo cancellation, jitter, QoS, media streams;

• Debugging and optimizing SIP signaling, media handling, and call processing;

• Collaborate cross-functionally with platform, QA, and product teams to deliver top-tier voice experiences;

• Contribute to the design, validation, and support of voice features in the field.

👤 You might be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in voice software or telecom systems:

• Proficiency in C programming for embedded environments;

• Strong hands-on experience with Asterisk and OpenWRT;

• Knowledge of FXS, DECT, and VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP);

• Experience with embedded Linux voice stacks;

• Exposure to DSP-based architectures and low-level hardware interfacing;

• Solid understanding of voice quality optimization and telephony standards;

• Good troubleshooting skills for multi-threaded, real-time systems;

• You're based in Poland and speak English at a working level. 

⭐ Bonus points for:

• Experience with DSPG voice processors and tuning tools;

• Familiarity with SRTP, TLS, and other voice security protocols;

• Knowledge of voice codecs (G.711, G.722, Opus, etc.);

• Exposure to carrier certification and voice QA processes.

You will earn:
