We are looking for skilled Voice Software Engineers to strengthen our Voice Team working on carrier-grade voice solutions for our Residential Gateways. The role focuses on integrating and enhancing Asterisk-based voice systems.
We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract
- UoP: 17 000 – 20 000 PLN gross/month
- B2B: 130 – 150 PLN net/hour + VAT
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of carrier-grade voice features on top of an embedded Asterisk platform.
- Integration and optimization of FXS and DECT voice interfaces.
- Low-level development interfacing with SoC DSPs and DSPG chipsets.
- Tuning and optimization of voice performance, echo cancellation, QoS, and media streams.
- Debugging and optimizing SIP signaling, media handling, and call processing.
- Close collaboration with platform, QA, and product management teams to deliver high-quality voice solutions.
- Participate in voice feature design, validation, and field issue support.
You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

5+ years of work experience as a Voice Software Engineer or similar position.
- Strong proficiency in C programming for embedded systems.
- Strong experience with Asterisk or similar open-source PBX systems.
- In-depth knowledge of FXS, DECT, VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP).
- Experience developing voice applications on embedded Linux.
- Knowledge of DSP programming or working closely with DSP-based architectures.
- Familiarity with voice quality optimization techniques and telephony standards.
- Solid understanding of SIP call flows, troubleshooting SIP/RTP traffic.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills in multi-threaded, real-time environments.
- Located in Poland.
- Communicative English.
Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:
- Experience with DSPG voice processors and tuning tools.
- Exposure to voice security features (e.g., SRTP, TLS for SIP).
- Familiarity with G.711, G.722, and other voice codecs.
- Experience with quality assurance processes for carrier certification.
