For a fast‑growing and ambitious Computational Pathology team, we are looking for a Software Developer with a strong background in data‑handling workflows. The team’s mission is to build and scale a robust pipeline of computational pathology–based scoring methods, with the goal of improving clinical outcomes and transforming traditional diagnostic practices. Ultimately, the team is working toward the development of a first‑in‑class computational pathology–based diagnostic (Dx) product and establishing a leading position in AI‑driven diagnostic solutions with proven clinical value.
In this role you will support development of computational pathology workflows by, working cross-functionally to collect and understand user requirements, establish workflow designs and efficient software solutions. Developing novel, or improve existing tools used in the computational pathology workflows. Add new features, fix bugs, raise test coverage and improve documentation and work towards ensuring compliance of processes and developed tooling.
We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract
UoP: 14 000 – 16 000 PLN gross/month
B2B: 120 – 140 PLN net/hour + VAT
You might be the perfect match if you are/have:
Strong expertise in Python, demonstrated through hands‑on programming experience and real‑world projects.
Software engineering best practices, with the aim of writing modern, bug-free code, proper documentation of code, unit-testing, code quality, etc.
Interest in understanding of business processes and providing fit-for-purpose solutions.
Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:
Data modeling and processing with libraries such as Pydantic and Pandas, and data transformations using DBT and warehouses like Snowflake.
Image processing/Computer Vision problems, e.g. experience with OpenCV.
Containerized environments and CI platforms e.g. Github actions.
Experience of working in a regulated environment, developing code under pre-set regulatory rules.
Front-end development using TypeScript/Node/JavaScript.
