Multimodal Generative AI Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager in Multimodal Generative AI area.

YOU WILL play a key role in driving the company’s transformation by implementing advanced generative AI tools for multimodal content creation. Your mission will be to coordinate the implementation process, tailor AI tools to meet the needs of various departments, and monitor their performance. Additionally, you will provide end-user training and support, ensuring the effective use of AI tools across the organization.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract 

• UoP: 15 500 – 22 000 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 110 – 165 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• Proven project management skills – 5+ years managing cross-functional projects in large organizations.
• Hands-on experience with multimodal AI tools – at least 6 months working with generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Creativity in content creation – experience in digital content strategy, journalism, or visual design.
• Collaboration with tech and product teams – adapting AI solutions to meet the needs of various departments.
• Training and documentation expertise – creating educational resources and supporting end-users.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities – evaluating AI tool performance and recommending improvements.
• Leadership and independence – capable of leading teams and working autonomously.
• Up-to-date on tech trends – staying current with AI developments and quickly adapting to new technologies.
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design or a related field.
