Fullstack Developer - AI Agents & LLMs

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on Agents / LLMs / AI to join a team working on AI-powered solutions for a company in the biopharmaceutical industry. The team is building an AI agent platform designed to help internal R&D scientists generate scientific insights from both public sources and proprietary client data.

We offer a choice of employment form: Employment Contract or B2B

• UoP: 14 000 – 16 000 PLN gross/month

• B2B: 120 – 140 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Experience with large language model (LLM) frameworks such as LangChain, Pydantic-AI, etc.

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and MCP servers

• Experience working with SQL databases

• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

• Good frontend skills in TypeScript and React

• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal – you’re able to work effectively in an international team, contribute to discussions, and write clear documentation or feedback

• Located in Poland
