Frontend-Focused Fullstack Developer (React & Python & AI)

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong frontend focus to join a team working on AI-powered solutions for a company in the biopharmaceutical industry. The team is building an AI agent platform designed to help internal R&D scientists generate scientific insights from both public sources and proprietary client data.

We offer a choice of employment form: Employment Contract or B2B

1. UoP: 14 000 – 16 000 PLN gross/month
2. B2B: 120 – 140 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

1. 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development
2. Strong proficiency in TypeScript with React
3. Solid backend development skills with Python
4. Solid experience working with SQL databases
5. Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments
6. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
7. Some experience working with LLM applications, such as LangChain, Pydantic-AI, etc.
8. Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and MCP servers
9. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
10. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal – you’re able to work effectively in an international team, contribute to discussions, and write clear documentation or feedback
11. Located in Poland
