We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Architect to join the team of a leading Swedish manufacturing company. As a technical expert, you will actively shape and co-create BI solutions implemented across multiple departmental initiatives. Your architectural decisions will significantly impact the evolution of business intelligence in a complex, data-driven environment.

As part of a broader transformation, you will lead the strategic migration to Microsoft Fabric while helping modernize and scale the company’s data analytics capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders and other architects, including data engineering and platform architects, to ensure end-to-end coherence and integration across the data ecosystem.

We offer a B2B Contract: 160 – 190 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 10+ years of general experience in Business Intelligence, with expertise in data warehousing, analytics, and BI architecture.
• Several years of commercial experience as an BI Architect.
• Many years of hands-on experience with: Power BI & Microsoft Fabric, SSAS, SSRS (both on-prem and cloud).
• Solid experience in designing cloud architectures for BI use cases, especially with AWS and/or Azure.
• Solid background in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Deep understanding of access management and security for BI systems.
• Proven ability to translate user requirements into BI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Proactive communicator, comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to work in an international team.
• Located in Poland to facilitate occasional team meetings

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Knowledge of the data mesh concept and its application in BI architecture.
• Experience with Snowflake and Matillion.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
