We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Architect to join the team of a leading Swedish manufacturing company. You will be responsible for designing and driving the strategic migration of data platforms to Microsoft Fabric, while enhancing data analytics and business intelligence capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large scale transformation project using your expertise in Power BI, cloud architecture and data warehousing. Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic plan to migrate from Power BI Premium Capacity to Microsoft Fabric, enhancing data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
• Design and implement cloud architecture solutions for end-to-end BI use cases using AWS and Azure.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful transition to cloud-based solutions and optimize data flows and reporting capabilities.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient BI development processes.
• Leverage data warehousing techniques including SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI (on-premises and cloud) to support analytics and reporting.
• Communicate and document architecture decisions to ensure alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
• Design and implement access management strategies and tools for secure data access across the BI platform.

We offer a B2B Contract: 150 – 180 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, with expertise in data warehousing, analytics, and BI architecture.
• 7+ years' experience as an Architect.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and Microsoft Fabric (both on-prem and cloud).
• 3+ years in designing cloud architectures for BI use cases, especially with AWS and/or Azure.
• Solid background in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Deep understanding of access management and security for BI systems.
• Proven ability to translate user requirements into BI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Proactive communicator, comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to work in an international team.
• Located in Poland to facilitate occasional team meetings.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Knowledge of the data mesh concept and its application in BI architecture.
• Experience working with self-service BI platforms and delivering best practices to improve user experience and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
