We are currently looking for a person to be employed within our group structure and support our project involving the migration, implementation, maintenance, and further development of the company's main financial and accounting system to MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Consultant with advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) to join our team in Wroclaw.
You will provide in-depth technical hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, product and extention development, data migration, project support and optimise our D365BC environment (including ERP, Exflow Invoicing solution, Purchase Order) and eInvoicing components.
You will be responsible for:
1. providing technical support for the ongoing Navision to D365BC rollout,
2. optimising and developing existing instances to enhance performance according to best practices, and
3. delivering technical life cycle management (LCM) for business-as-usual (BAU) issues and change requests (CRs).
You will close collaborate with Finance and IT departments across multiple locations to assess their needs and challenges, offering expert guidance on optimising D365BC to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
·Additionally, you will have a direct impact to the governance processes supporting key objectives, business application planning and implementation, and the delivery of measurable business value.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDEGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven hands-on experience in developing, supporting and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Development experience across SQL and AL.
Experience in working on multi-national projects and systems.
English language proficiency – at least B2/C1 (international project and team).
Extensive experience with multiple ends to end implementations, experience with migrations, upgrades and greenfield projects.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts, excellence in articulating ideas and presenting them simply to a non-technical audience, bridging the gap between technological and financial domains effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – flexibility is key.
Ability to work independently.
DESIRABLE
5+ years of relevant IT functional experience ideally in client-facing support.
Experience with system integration and project management is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance.
