Develops directly or indirectly the enterprise architect IT policies, standards and guidelines that steer the selection, development, implementation and use of IT application solutions and IT technologies within Hitachi Energy business.
Supervises and facilitates the evaluation and selection of appropriate IT applications, IT technologies and IT solutions.
Supervises or consults on IT solution architecture implementation and modification activities, particularly for new and/or core/common IT application solutions.
Challenges the IT architecture and IT service landscape regarding content and process and makes recommendations for improvements.
Directly or indirectly involved in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that steer the selection, development, implementation and use of application solutions and technologies within the company.
Develop and maintain roadmap of initiatives within the domain of responsibility
Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT experience within the relevant IT domain
- Superior analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IT technologies
- Superior experience in leading IT people who do not report directly
- Superior experience of identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams
- Superior experience to translate business requirements into IT capabilities and solutions
- Excellent experience in objectively evaluating IT solutions and making recommendations
- Excellent experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle
- Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Above 5 experiences in working in a non-native country and culture
- Fluent spoken and written English

- Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive, Cognitive Analytics (Executive Reporting, Performance Reporting, Self-Service Analytics, Dashboards and scorecards, customer analytics, operation/real-time analytics, Forecasting, planning, budgeting, predictive maintenance, inventory management, simulation and optimization models, speech analysis, sentiment analysis, image analysis)
- Working experience on the market leaders' portfolio (i.e. Microsoft / Azure, MuleSoft, Snowflake, OpenText, SAP Apache, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Orchestra), where Microsoft landscape-based environment knowledge is favorite (Synapse, PowerBI, Pure View).
- Concept design and basic working understanding of the advanced analytics topics, also encompassing AI and RPA:
- Predictive and Prescriptive AI (Azure Machine Learning Services and Data Bricks)
- Cognitive Analytics (e.g. Azure Cognitive Services)
- Familiar with the concepts related to an SAP-centric landscape (SAP MDG-SAP S4)
