Position Overview:
We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Architect with strong technical expertise in design systems and enterprise platforms to guide the design, adoption, and governance of a large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) migration. This role bridges design, technology, and business, ensuring customer-centric experiences are delivered through scalable templates, components, and personalization frameworks.The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable advising clients, translating technical requirements for designers, and helping developers bring creative visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Design System Leadership
Define and evolve the enterprise design system for scalable use across templates and AEM components.Ensure consistency of visual design, interaction patterns, and accessibility across products, templates, and customer touchpoints.
Establish governance and adoption practices for cross-team usage of the system.
• Adobe Platform Migration
Guide the migration of existing experiences into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with integrations into Adobe Target and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Collaborate with developers to align component builds to design intent and business outcomes.
Advise stakeholders on best practices for personalization, localization, and multi-site management.
• Customer & User Experience Strategy
Translate customer needs into structured user journeys, task flows, and content storytelling frameworks.
Map journeys to component-based solutions that support end-to-end experiences across the digital ecosystem.Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure journeys align with brand, conversion, and customer retention goals.
• Cross-Functional Bridge
Act as a technical translator between designers and developers, ensuring creative intent can be built and scaled in AEM.
Facilitate workshops and design reviews with clients and stakeholders, turning vision into actionable execution plans.
Provide coaching and guidance to design and development teams on UX, accessibility, and component-driven design.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in UX architecture, product design, or design systems, ideally in large-scale B2B or enterprise environments.
Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including components, templates, and authoring models.
Working knowledge of Adobe Target and Customer Data Platform (CDP) for personalization and segmentation.
Strong background in design systems (atomic design principles, Figma, governance models, component libraries).
Experience mapping user journeys into modular component-based experiences.
Proven ability to guide content storytelling within digital templates and frameworks.
