Position Overview:

• PEGA CSSA Certified , LSA preferible

• Working exp on Pega 8

• Bachelor’s degree

• 8+ years PEGA Experience.

• In depth understanding of the latest PEGA architecture like Enterprise-class design, Application layer cake, Data Modelling, and Rule resolution.

• Expertise in Case Management, flow design, Data Pages, and Log Analysis.

• Experience in Background processing like Job Schedulers and Queue processors.

• Strong experience towards integration hands on

• Experience working in a banking project is preferred.

• In depth understanding of Server, Database, Node classification is preferred.

• Hands on to have CICD.

• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.

• Hands-on exp on automation testing

• Experience with Kafka is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (English) / able to take and provide critical feedback

• Able to coach Junior or Medior engineers
