Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager who will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering.. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

What You'll Do: 

• Lead and coach multiple engineering teams.

• Facilitate detailed technical discussions and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Partner with Product and Design to align on goals and execution.

• Improve processes for efficiency, quality, and reliability.

• Drive a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business.

The Stack You’ll Be Working On:

• Backend: PHP, Python

• Frontend: React

• Infrastructure: AWS

• (Hands-on coding is not required in this role)

What We're Looking For: 

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering management.

• Proven experience guiding technical discussions and improving team processes.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with SaaS products and cloud environments.
