Position Overview:

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Security Consultant L3 who will be responsible for security domain managing Security Infrastructure . The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

Key Responsibilities:- 

The key responsibility is to manage and administrate core security components like Firewalls, cloud proxy, IDS/IPS and WAF. Monitoring of all services is important to ensure all services are up and running. Faster troubleshooting skill to analyze and provide fix at the earliest to user reported incidents.

• Implementing and maintaining FortiGate and Checkpoint firewall infrastructure. 

• Hands on experience and management of cloud-based SSE solution i.e. Zscaler SSE and F5 WAF 

• Provisioning firewalls based on consultation with customers. 

• Providing support & Troubleshooting firewall, SSE and WAF infrastructure problems. 

• Troubleshooting incidents as reported by customers. 

• 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience on security domain managing Security Infrastructure  

• Should have good working experience on Azure public cloud  

• Should have good understanding of routing, switching and IPS/IDS 

• Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM process 

Required skills: 

• Experience with Firewall & Network, such as Switching, Routing, IPSEC VPNs, Tunnelling and Security. 

• Ensure all network security rules are configured according to least privileged access and best practices following standards. Access controls and firewall rulesets must be in place to ensure that users and Services only have access to the Networks they are authorized to use. 

• Installation and configuration of FortiGate and Checkpoint firewall 

• Performing device replacements and firmware upgrades when required as part of troubleshooting. 

• Troubleshooting communication incidents related to firewall policies and other protection profiles 

• Good knowledge and hands on experience on Web proxy i.e. traffic forwarding, URL filtering, cloud proxy security features and troubleshooting of proxy agents 

• Should have good knowledge of WAF application onboarding and troubleshooting 

• Azure public cloud knowledge is required to deploy and manage firewalls and other security solutions 

• Participate in design discussion and suggest recommendations
