Job Descriptio n

Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Planning and organizing demos and productsystem testing. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. Tracking project processes, deliverables Excellent communication. Should be Proactive. Good stakeholder management skills. Self-motivation and self-drive the individual must have the drive to do things on hisher own without being supervised Self-organizing the individual must be able to manage hisher dependencies by proactively seeking out helpsupport, asserting the needs and working on the solution following the leads. Adaptability to uncertainty the individual must be willing to face uncertainties and show persistence in the face of the uncertainties.

Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred. 2. 8 years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role. 3. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum to deliver solutions. 4. Leadership and management experience. 5. Excellent people and project management skills. 6. Strong communication and presentation skills. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Experienced in AI, ML based project executions
