Job Description

Troubleshooting local network issues (LAN/SDWAN/Wi-Fi).

·         Supporting local infrastructure (switches, routers, access points).

·         Assisting users with network-related problems.

·         Monitoring network performance and escalating issues.

·         Maintaining inventory of network devices.

·         Coordinating with central IT/network teams.

·         Documenting incidents and resolutions.

·         Network H&F Support
