Essentials:

Core Technical Skills

These are essential for working directly with Dataverse and Power Platform:

·       Microsoft Dataverse: Deep understanding of data modeling, tables, relationships, and integration capabilities.

·       Power Fx: Proficiency in writing formulas for canvas apps and Dataverse logic.

·       Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven): Experience building and customizing apps; certification (e.g., PL-100 or PL-400) is a plus.

·       Power Automate: Ability to design and optimize flows for process automation.

·       Relational Database Experience: Understanding of normalization, indexing, and query optimization.

Soft Skills & Consulting Experience

Since this is a consultant role, these are just as important:

·       Solution Architecture: Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.

·       Business Analysis: Understanding business processes and translating them into technical solutions.

·       Communication Skills: Clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and training capabilities.
