Junior Domino Administrators

We are looking for looking for Domino Administrators that will join a team of highly skilled professionals in the analysis, implementation and maintenance of Domino servers. The position requires that you are able to learn quickly while working with multiple technical and business teams and understand that this role requires after hours and weekend shift work.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the business stakeholders to understand business requirements and design optimal solutions

• Rapid prototype development of proposed solution

• Contribute to the implementation of Domino and associated components architecture

• Install, configure and optimize Domino Server and associated components environments as needed by the business

• Work with stakeholders and administrations in the deployment, testing and maintenance of the servers

Required Skills

• Good understanding or hands on experience with HCL Domino, and related products

• Posses understanding of Domino architectural and infrastructure concepts and techniques

• Domino Administration Skills

• Good Understanding of networking, security and SMTP messaging concepts

• Knowledge and Experience across one or more operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Unix.

• Experience installing, deploying, troubleshooting, and administering Domino including configuring integrations with database, LDAP, and other backend application services

• Excellent written and communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and comfortable with short deadlines

• Language : English

• Educational background in computer science or equivalent

Desired Skills

The successful candidate will also possess some, or all, of the following:

• Domino Administrator certification, and demonstrated skills in infrastructure

• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive is a must
